Experience
I have approximately three years of experience tutoring students from K-12, specializing in math, science, and English. I have also tutored high school students for standardized tests, such as the SAT and Advanced Placement Exams, and focused on subjects that are often weaknesses or misunderstood topics. In addition, I have spent about two years working with undergraduate college students, primarily for Biology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Calculus 1 assistance. When I work with students, I try to learn about them on a personal basis in order to truly help them excel in their studies. I try to understand their personalities, their interests and disinterests, and their lifestyles that can potentially influence their school work, and I utilize all of this information in order to create an individualized academic support system. In the end, each student works differently, and I believe I can help them find what works best for their education and instill these skills for the future.
